One of the largest banks wanted to attract developers' attention to their brand and collect more contacts from conferences. We made a game that the bank used at all past IT conferences and got top ratings from the players. The results were great: the product was used at 8 conferences during the year and attracted 80% of the audience.
The company hires developers all over the world, standard hiring methods do not allow to speed up the process. We did a problem analysis and packaged the solution into a game where developers immerse themselves in the story of creating their city in co-op with other players from around the world. To get more resources you need to write code. And in the course of the story, players become more familiar with the values of the company and why this is important
The result of the search for a non-standard solution to the hunt for programmers was the game SberCraft. According to the programmers' reviews and discussions, it became clear that they not only liked the game, but they were ready to reconsider their decision about wanting to work in a bank, and they also actively shared this game with their friends and colleagues.
